The equipment introduced to you today is Fedar Textile Printing’s brand new industrial digital printing machine – FD51930E.

1. Import Epson I3200-A1 print head

Using 30 Epson I3200-A1 print heads, the print head has 3200 nozzles, variable ink drop technology, improves printing accuracy, improves color reproduction, and supports up to four-level grayscale printing.

2. Imported THK silent guide rails

Magnetic levitation motor + magnetic grid transmission module, with S-level THK ultra-silent linear guide rails. Long-term stable performance, low precision attenuation, and low operating noise.

3. Negative pressure ink supply system

Ensures hydraulic stability during high-speed printing, and is not prone to ink breakage, flying ink, ink dripping and other ink path problems.

4. Moisturizing design

The original ink stack core has been changed to this moisturizing plate design, which has a better moisturizing effect on the nozzle, is not easy to clog the nozzle, and increases the service life of the nozzle. The positive pressure ink cleaning method is adopted. Compared with the previous ink stack core ink extraction cleaning, the moisturizing plate has a higher cleaning efficiency and produces less waste ink. The moisturizing plate also solves the problem of nozzle alignment, because the previous ink stack core had the problem of misalignment.

5. Ink supply system

The ink circulation function can take away the bubbles in the ink cavity, thereby ensuring stable and continuous printing. The circulation function keeps the ink flowing at all times, so that the pigment particles are evenly distributed in the liquid to prevent accumulation and clogging of the nozzle.

6. Diversion withered groove suction printing panel

The printing panel adopts a diamond-shaped diversion groove suction design to effectively ensure that there is no ups and downs and wrinkles when printing thin paper.

7. Wanmi base

Standard large roll source paper unwinding base, the standard base supports 1000mm unwinding diameter and 480mm winding diameter, and can directly print large roll source paper directly.

8. High standard mechanical precision

Industrial cabinet frame structure, steel host, high-strength craft beam, base wall thickness 16mm. High standard printing platform, beam adjustment method, ensure that the beam is controlled within 0.03mm, and the platform flatness is controlled within the accuracy error of 0.05mm
